For 7 years now the Yazidi have been forced to flee their homes in Sinjar, following the 2014 genocide. Many have been displaced in Internally Displaced People (IDP) camps.

Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning Yazidi's (MOY) and the Moqimi Foundation are working in the Iraqi Kurdistan region and the region of Sinjar to provide help to Yazidi in IDP camps, including giving them food packages. One food package is 25€ and includes food such as rice, bulgur, tea, eggs and other basic products. Yazidi Legal Network supports this organisation and encourages you to donate to this initiative. Spreading the word is also crucial in order for them to get as many donations as possible.
